This is the perp walk photo of Laurence Alvin Lovette Jr., wanted on federal charges of conspiracy to murder Eve Carson, conspiracy to commit financial institution fraud, and kidnapping.  He is now demanding to charged with  these alleged federal crimes and is waiving his rights as a minor.
