Bogle, a retired North Carolina Superior Court Judge, has been selected by the Department of Defense as Chair of the North Carolina Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). ESGR, created in 1972, is an office of the Defense Department, with the primary mission of promoting cooperation and understanding between Service members and their civilian employers.
