The FBI told the Rabbi of Malibu that their synagogue school can keep their TALL Hanukkah Celebratory Candles on a Public Right of Way till Christmas.

Unless the town of Malibu is celebrating the second coming of King Herod and his Temple in Jerusalem, these candles are disturbing my peace.  The celebration is over; take them down.  Some fried Christian has already crucified a shub on the Park side of your road.  If do not know if these two events are relating, and believe you me, I am not a tree killer, but the city of Malibu needs to restore the peace of this town and throw the Rabbi in jail, if need be.
